I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the work of your admirable expert in brick and flint laying.
Ian made a quite complicated job look smooth and easy, when in fact there were several complicated aspects to resolve, not least lining up the two faces of existing wall each side of the tree that fell.
All in all it was a pleasure to have Ian working here.
He was very self-contained and when the work was finished he swept up and left the everything neat and tidy.

All the workman were considerate and efficient but special commendation goes to the tiler whom not only did an outstanding job but help me maker better choices. The carpenter was also excellent.

Following extensive water damage caused by attic water tanks collapsing through a bedroom ceiling, I was directed to the services of Charter Property Repair. After initial assessment, an itemised estimate of remedial work was given. Over the following weeks, various trades, according to the necessary work required, and proficiently attended to their set tasks. All work was proficiently organised and carried out in an efficient manner and to a high standard. Tradesmen were sensitive to our domestic needs, thoughtful and courteous. Considerable care was taken, minimising disturbance as well leaving no dirt. All debris and redundant building requisites and materials were swiftly removed from site. Where there was the need for various trades to work in sequence communication and arrangements were made effectively. From the initial daunting start, removing ceilings and making good to the very end in decorating, the whole remedial project could not have been better managed and delivered.

After a serious flood due to the ‘Beast from the East’, I requested my insurer to instruct their Loss Adjuster who in turn recommended Charter Property Repairs to organise the remedial works. Upto four rooms were affected – two of them quite badly and I found that James from CPR was accessible and easy to talk through works that needed to be organised and his team of plasterers, decorators, carpenters, electricians and plumbers were all very professional (turned up on time and were polite and respectful) and carried out works to a very good standard and were reasonably priced (for anything extra to the insurance covered works). This all meant that the entire process of getting our property back to a habitable condition was done smoothly with minimal stress. I would be happy to recommend CPR and would be happy to use them in future for other works on our property.
